AMT216 Ultrasonic Hardness Tester
Applications:
1. The ultrasonic hardness tester is using ultrasonic contact impedance method to compare and test patterns, this is an innovative design, of auto-calibration of probe, presents advantages of high precision, fast speed, easy operation, etc.
2. The hardness measurement covers most ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and for their alloys in industrial production.
3. It is applicable in hardness test of flange edges, root of gear groove, stamping parts, thin plates, for surface-hardened gear grooves and it's taper parts, as well as shafts, thin-walled pipes, turbines.etc.
Features:
1. Accord to the Standard GB/T 34205-2017, DIN50159-1 and ASTM -A1038
2. For materials with different elastic modulus. multi-point calibration function
3. Support hot-swap and self calibration: automatically + by manual identifies the probe
4. The material function include 3 new material settings to facilitate hardness testing of special materials
5. 3.5-inch IPS (In-Plane Switching) full digital LCD display with wide viewing angle, and the back light can be adjusted arbitrarily. Display resolution 480×320.
6. USB communication interface allows for data exchange with PC and settings on PC.
7. The upper and lower limits of the hardness value can be pre-set, and an automatic alarm will be issued if the range is exceeded, which is convenient for users to meet the needs of batch testing
8. 600 sets of hardness measurement data each includes measurement date, sensor type, material, number of times, single measurement value, average value, maximum value, minimum value, hardness scale and other information
