AMTAST Lab pH Meter
Keywords: AMT611, lab pH meter, benchtop pH tester, NIST pH calibration, pH/mV meter
Compact 6.0-inch LCD benchtop pH/mV meter with 1–2 point calibration and automatic NIST buffer recognition for routine laboratory testing.
The AMT611 is a dependable benchtop pH meter built for everyday laboratory use. It delivers accurate pH and mV readings with continuous-read stability, ±0.05 pH accuracy, and 0.01 pH resolution across a 0.00–14.00 pH range. Manual temperature compensation (MTC) supports accurate readings from 0.0 to 60.0 °C, and the meter automatically recognises NIST pH buffers (4.01, 7.00, 10.01) to streamline calibration.
The 6.0-inch segment LCD shows pH, mV, and temperature values at a glance, with an adjustable backlight for clear viewing in any lab environment. A BNC (Q9) connector accepts standard pH combination electrodes, and the included short-circuit plug protects the high-impedance input when no electrode is connected. With IP54 protection, power-failure memory, and a configurable EU/UK/US AC-to-DC adapter, the AMT611 is ready for daily work in academic, environmental, and industrial labs.
1. 6.0-Inch Segment LCD — Large display shows pH, mV and temperature with adjustable backlight for easy reading.
2. 1–2 Point Auto/Manual Calibration — Calibrate with NIST pH 4.01, 7.00 and 10.01 buffers, or define your own custom standard.
3. Automatic Buffer Recognition — Auto-identifies pH 4.01, 7.00 and 10.01 standard solutions to streamline routine calibration.
4. Manual Temperature Compensation (MTC) — Adjusts the pH reading for sample temperatures between 0.0 and 60.0 °C.
5. Continuous-Read pH and mV — Stable live readings in pH (0.00–14.00) and mV (-1400 to +1400) modes.
6. Electrode Slope Display — On-screen diagnostics show electrode slope and performance for quick reliability checks.
7. Configurable Auto Shutdown — Programmable from off to 3600 seconds to extend component life.
8. Reset to Factory Defaults — One-touch restore clears user settings and returns the meter to its shipping configuration.
1. Connect the Electrode — Attach the pH combination electrode to the BNC (Q9) socket on the back panel, or fit the short-circuit plug if no electrode is in use.
2. Rinse and Power On — Rinse the electrode with distilled water and blot gently, then switch on the meter using the Power key.
3. Set Temperature (MTC) — Press the Setting/▼ key to enter temperature setting, then adjust to match the temperature of your buffer or sample.
4. Calibrate — Immerse the electrode in pH 7.00 buffer (then pH 4.01 or 10.01 for 2-point calibration), wait for a stable reading, and press Cal → Enter.
5. Measure — Rinse the electrode, immerse it in the sample, set the sample temperature, and record the reading once it stabilises.
6. Switch Units — Use the mV/pH key to toggle between pH and mV display modes during the same session.
