Detect Surface Cleanliness in Seconds — ATP Bioluminescence, 0 to 9999 RLU.
The ATP-2 is a portable ATP fluorescence detector that measures surface cleanliness and total bacterial levels using bioluminescence technology. By converting the invisible ATP concentration into a visible light output, it reports results in relative light units (RLU) from 0 to 9999, giving you a fast, objective pass/fail reading of hygiene at any control point.
Designed for HACCP monitoring, the ATP-2 works with ATP fluorescence sampling swabs to check dining utensils, desktops, operators' hands, medical work surfaces and scopes. It features a detection limit of ≤1.0 CFU/ml, selectable RLU or coliform screening modes, and storage for more than 3000 results that can be transferred to a PC via USB.

1. Prepare the Swab — Open the test tube and take out the swab for sampling without touching the swab or test stick.
2. Collect the Sample — Swab the test area (standard area 10 × 10 cm²) to collect the sample.
3. React with Solution — After the sample reacts with the swab solution, insert the swab into the detector.
4. Read Within 2 Minutes — Press the test key and read the RLU result within 2 minutes of the reaction.
5. Compare with Limit — The reading is compared with your preset limit to give a pass or warning result.
