The AMF028 is a handheld digital anemometer for air velocity, air temperature and air volume. Velocity is measured from 0 to 45 m/s with ± 3 % accuracy and can be displayed in m/s, ft/min, knots, km/h or mph, while air volume is calculated up to 999,900 m³/min for duct and outlet work.

The display shows MAX, MIN, average and current readings so a fluctuating airflow can be characterised without repeated note-taking, and data hold freezes a value for recording. Stored readings can be transferred to a PC over the USB interface, and the unit switches itself off after about 14 minutes without operation to preserve the 9 V battery.
