The AMT15A is a compact coating thickness meter designed for non-destructive measurement of paint, plating, and anticorrosion coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. It combines magnetic induction and eddy-current principles to automatically detect the substrate type and deliver reliable readings within 0-2000 um.

With a 128x128 dot-matrix LCD, intuitive menu interface, statistical display (mean / max / min / SD) and user-set alarm limits, the AMT15A is well suited for automotive paint inspection, electroplating, pipeline anticorrosion control, and general quality assurance.

How to Use

1.  Zero Calibration — Place on the supplied calibration foil/base and press the zero key.

2.  Select Substrate — The meter auto-detects Fe or NFe; no manual switching needed.

3.  Measure — Place the probe on the coated surface; reading appears with statistics.

4.  Store & Transfer — Save readings (up to 320) and download via USB to a PC.
